Strategy development, planning and consultancy
For us this is always the most important part of the project, and ironically it’s the bit most people neglect. Every website should have a clearly defined purpose and objectives which the site is designed to satisfy. As somebody once said “if you don’t know where you’re going, any road will take you there”. We aim to know where you want to go, and to help you get there. If you don’t know exactly where you want to go, we’ll help you work that out too.
Graphic Design
Many of our trade clients want to design the site themselves and supply visuals for us to work from. For those who don’t however, we offer a full graphic design and artwork service.
Production
The actual making of the website — the pages, navigation, contents, graphics, form to mail links and downloads etc. All made to be easy to use and fast loading.
Interactivity and database integration
In addition to HTML, we develop in PHP, ASP (active server pages) and ASP.NET to deliver more sophisticated solutions, for example:
- User registration and returning visitor recognition
- Password login to secure sections
- Presenting personalized content to different visitors

Hosting
We work with a number of ISPs to provide high-quality hosting services for direct clients and agencies alike. Our server platforms include both UNIX and NT/W2000 with cgi/perl and asp to provide the optimum solution for a client’s individual needs. Like everything we do, you don’t need to understand all the technical details if you don’t want — we’ll take care of it for you.
Search Engine Optimisation
This is a much-misunderstood science where results can vary wildly. It’s a mixture of simple coding and Meta tags and very sophisticated analysis of both the search engine process and target audience behaviour. We can guide you through this minefield and help you to enjoy improved rankings in the search engines.
Web Site Makeovers
Maybe you already have a website but it needs updating or improving. We can show you some before and after case-studies with dramatic results at surprising low cost.
Flash
We provide full design and authoring capabilities for Flash content. Not only do we produce Flash content, we also advise you on how and where to use Flash, and (most importantly) when not to use it.
Web Site Maintenance
Many websites have content that changes frequently. We offer three ways of dealing with this problem. Firstly we can do it for you on either a pay as you go basis or a fixed monthly fee. Secondly we can train you how to update pages yourself and provide you with support for any problems you encounter. Lastly we can build you a web front-end that will allow even an unskilled user to update pages over the internet.
